Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original polybags and secure them in a shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in perfect condition.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
